Details in setting up Smart Brain

1. Classroom

• 20 sq.meter for 1 classroom.
• Maximum 15 students per class.
• Closed classroom for students' concentration during lesson.
• Beautiful decorations needed inside classroom to relax students. Put up cartoons or
  colorful posters.
• Flat top table is require with chair instead of only lecture chair in order to improve students'
  personalities.
• A class need 1 instructor abacus with a magnetic white board.

2. Learning accessories

• Small abacus
• Exercise books
• Teaching program and teachers' manual teaching.
• Learning sheet, game sheet
• Assessment paper
• Certificate (transferrable) - issue by Head Quarter.

3. Teacher

• One month salary or one term salary
• Bonus per student / per term.
• 4 photographs.
• Identity card or passport.
• A signed teacher contract

4. Franchisee (depending on Strategy)

• Franchise fee fo a specified period of time.
• Identity card and passport.
• 4 photographs.
• A signed teacher contract
• Ready cash for learning accessories (no credit sorry)
  

5. Principle

• Allowed 2 teachers and 1 proprietor (owner) for each center to be trained free for all courses
• Each center has its own targeted market.
• Management on its own policy.
• Head office have control over equal pricing.
• Head office have control over equal pricing salary.
• Accessories and souvenirs.

6. Authorization

• A sum of Goodwill fee
• Royalty fee calculated from gross income from selling the rights to operate the business to sub-franchisee.
• Joint venture fee

7. Policy

• Each center must dispaly Smart Brain logo on signboard for recognition.
• Teacher must be well trained and passed the exam before teaching.
• Teacher must be well dressed.
• There is no credit for learning accessories.
• Must have own local advertising campaign.
• Grand opening ceremony needed for each center in a very conducive convention hall.
• National competition organized annually.
• National and profit sharing every 4 months.

8. Learning Duration

Smart Brain mental arithmetic has altogether 10 levels. Each level will takes 24-30 hours to complete within 3-4 months subject to age group. Learning 2 hours a week, 30 minutes home practicing and revision everyday.

Classroom can be used 5 times a day or whenever suitable for individual country.

• 10.00-12.00
• 13.00-15.00
• 15.00-17.00
• 17.00-19.00

Each center should have at least 2 classrooms and teachers. At any one time there must be a teacher present in the center during operation hours. Each classroom requires at most 15 students. With one classroom, you can utilize up to 75 students a day. If 2 days a week with 2 classroom, you can utilize even up to 300 students every week. Targeted group are students between 6-13 years old. Seperate them into 6-8 years within one class:

• 9-10 years another class.
• 11-13 years another class.

Recommended class is for the student with the same age group. As a result, younger students develop very slower then able to learn faster. Compare to elder students that started more quickly but then go slower.
